Hi-

We have a G350 in one of remote locations that connects to our 8300(G3 Version: V13).
Today - we've had to swap or change ports on about 5 phones all at once they went bad.
We switched to open ports and they appear to be working fine now -but, we have only a few ports left!
Really don't want to purchase a new card - though we've had to replace on in our 8300 in the past.

From List conf all - bear with me - not an Avaya phone Admin whatsoever...the card is a MM717AP - that right?
Anyone help test - loopback or busy our port or ?

Any help or clues are appreciated.
Thx much.

-P

the mm714ap is a 24 port digital card that supports 2 wire phones only, I would try to hot swap the card and see if those ports come back, worth a shot.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Thanks - will try swapping next time if we run into another port issue.
So far - seems we are ok for now...
