G3 v6 digit insert problem

I have a G3 v6 and it is inserting 1212 infront of 1585XXXXX called numbers. I already check for VDN, UDP,AAR thinking maybe it seen 1585 as one of those. In ASR I have routing. It goes to ro 4 and all i have there is:

TG frl npa pfx hop toll del insert
13 2 212 1 0685

TG 13 is an ISDN tg and it only inserts 1212 in front of 1585 no other numbers affected

You may want to do 'list ars digit-conversion 1' to see if the change is administered there.

no it is not listed just checked. I have tried all i know and it is crazy.

Wheere are you located? And is that the route pattern for ARS ANAL 1585?

I agree with Sirius, the problem could be in your ARS Analysis. Do you use that route pattern for other ARS Analysis entries? What do they look like?

You can also do a list trace station XXXX and see what its doing when you dial that number and maybe you can find out where it is inserting the 1212. Also are you sure thats the route pattern your using? Do you have partioned routing?

I am in 1212 area code. On the V6 Trace does not work. Yes I do have routing in partition Good thought didnt check that but I will now.
