G3 release 6 Intuity no voice

Why would an Intuity answer calls but you can not hear the intuity voice? It will answer the main hunt # and all the individual channels and it will timeout and send calls to the attendent? I have stop and started voice, Shutdown still the same. It has the older serial BXX25 integration. The link is up and working otherwise the calls would not be answered.
 
Check the announcements in the "system features" (i think) make sure that you have the announcement set installed on the intuity. Click on the verify system setup (Or something like that) to see the announcement sets installed on the intuity. It could be that the announcements selected aren't installed and therefore getting dead air when the main hunt group answers. Just a thought.
 
I called a retired Avaya Tech. He suggested a shutdown or a known good power supply. I didnt think he was right but he has never led me wrong.I changed the power supply and it started working. I should state he had me check multiple things in the Intuity and the Definity before he came to that conclusion.
 
hmmm, no power on the leads that power the bus? Never encountered that one.
