G3 QSIG Question

Is there a way to change or add the QSIG setup on the system? We are triing to add the OCS platform as our voicemail and when triing to add the protocol it tells me that the QSIG Basic Supplementary Service Feature not assigned, Can this be changed? Thanks in advance for any help.

Can you still purchase RFA's for this older equipment, can this be purchased from Avaya?
