G\L Distribution File\Table and PO Module

Hi guys,
Macola 7.6.400 - SQL

At what point, or how does the G/L Transaction Table (GLTRXFIL_SQL) get populated/updated by entries from the PO module? Is this automatically done by Macola sometime between PO creation and PO Receiving (if so, what triggers it)? Or Is it a separate process not necessarily from within the PO Module?

The GLTRXFIL_SQL contains unposted journal entries - these are either manually entered GL journals, or sub-legder interface entries that have not been posted.
