FXO problem with MGCP 1760

the call manager doesn't send call to the fxo port , although the fxo is registered to the call manager

how can i solve this problem ??

please help

do you have a route pattern pointing the call to the FXO port?
have you tried running dialed number analyzer to make sure the call routing is right?

Yes, every thing is done, but the problem was in signal type . I was using ground start then when I've changed it to loop start, it worked.
