fwrd off net

Hello,

Having some issues being able to forward calls to a cell/off net. Just started working on this BCM 400 4.0.2.21d

You need to enable redirect on the set you are forwarding from

It is but no dice yet I can forward internally but not outside

Ensure that when you press Feature 4 followed by trunk access code followed by number to forward to you press the hold button at the end

You must use routing for External Call Forward.
Configure a Route and Destination Code.
When you press Feature 4, input the destination code followed by the phone number.
