I have a site that has an configuration of AA right from the start (ie, Hello this is Company, press 1 to speak with an rep). I would like to know if I can have an user press the Out of Service button and forward an incoming caller to an external number while having the AA setup? Because when I tried OOS with incoming route destination to AA, it doesn't work.
I currently manual forwarding by setting the line coming call route destination to Main hunt group when OOS and back to AA during working hours. Apologize for the inexperience, I'm still learning.
