FVS318 to FVS 318 and REMOTE ACCESS VPN ISSUES

Hey all,

I am a small time network admin with nearly zero experience with routers of any kind. I was able to connect my companies 2 small networks to the net successfully with T1 lines and the listed Netgear FVS 318 routers supporting each. My problem is I need the smaller of the 2 networks (actually only 2 PCs connected to the FVS switch) to connect to several applications being run in the larger location. I have had zero success thus far and have been going bit nuts trying to track down someone to help.

Have you created a VPN between the 2 sites? If not this is the first thing to do, read the FVS318 admin documentation as its pretty good.

My first real VPN experience has been with the FVS318 and things are workly sweetly now.

Let me (everyone) know what you have done upto now and then if you need more help hopefully someone can help

Thakns for the response.

I have a vpn tunnel setup netween the 2 routers and can ping the inside PCs but cannot browse and available machines or shares.

This is where I draw a blank!
