Future mobile development?

I am a C#/VB.Net programmer. Java does not seem to distant for me. I am wondering about the future development platform for mobile realtime applications.

Will it be mainly java-based (J2ME) or mainly .NET-based (appforge,CF) for RAD (rapid application development)?

With WINTEL moving into Mobile telecoms, my money will be on anything that the Mighty MS pushes, just because of sheer budget.
