Funny charaters at the end of the e-mail body....

Just wondering if any of ya'll ran into problems with funny wingdings charaters showing up in the body of an e-mail, usually at the end. We have GW 5.5ep, problems started up after applying the pad-lock updat.

Hi, there. Not had this myself but something possibly related. Frequently only part of an e-mail gets printed on Kyocera printers. It seems to be a rogue but invisible character that upsets Kyocera printers. Only way to cure this so far has been to cut and paste the e-mail to Word etc and print that.

I have found that problem. If the email is set for HTML instead of plain text it happens. Set the same account to plain text, send same message, no odd characters.
