Function keys not working

Hi! Last weekend I updated my OS from 10.2 to 10.3.5. Since then, my function keys haven't worked in Quark. I went to the system preferences and looked at the keyboard preferences, but I didn't see anything about Quark. Is there something IN the Quark program where I can override the system functions? Thanks.

PS I tried to post this on my Mac, an it wouldn't let me start a thread. I had to come to my pc to do it. Weird.

If you go back to sys prefs/keyboard & mouse/keyboard shortcuts/

Then tick the 'turn on full keyboard access'. Scroll down the list under 'Application Keyboard Shortcuts' Add Quark by pressing the + button.

This is great if you want to build your set your own custom shortcuts. But if you just want to use Quarks defaults, ignore the above and scroll through the list of shortcuts and change the ones that clash with Quarks ones. Also check out system prefs/expose and make sure none of those are clashing.
