Function in Voicemail Pro Intuity Mode not working

I have a client who is running Voicemail Pro on a UC module in their IP Office.
She has the Voicemail Pro Client 8.1.9302.0
She claims that the UC Module had been replaced and now the function "1" while listening to an internal voicemail (Which should allow her to return a message to the callers voice mail) is no longer working.
Is this something that had been eliminated from the functionality of Intuity mode, or is there a short code work around available?

is the voice mail still in the same mode, intuity versus ip office mode

If it is still in the same mode then maybe a reinstall is the way to go here,maybe a bad install
