Hello everybody,

I'm using CR9 with RDC and I would like to know if it's possible to change the fully qualified name with VB.

In fact, i'm trying to change the location of every tables in my report with SetTableLocation.
It's working fine generally, but when I have the same table 3 times in a report (with aliases), the SetTableLocation fails.
I've applied the monthly hot fixes, but I still have an error.
So, maybe with the fully qualified name ...

Thank you for any help.

What kind of database/connectivity? This thread has some info on how to do it using ODBC DSN's (thread766-812426). Also, check out the whitepaper on ConnectionProperties that's referenced in the same thread.

Thanks Vidru,
I'm using Client Access ODBC.
But the connection is working good.
My problem is that CR9 can't make a settablelocation when I have 3 times the same table in a report.
I get an error:
Query Engine Error: 'This query cannot be performed. An illegal link cycle was detected.'
