Full duplex polycom

I have a 3904 and a full duplex (very Sexy) polycom sharing an extension. Problem I have is when she's on her 3904 and tries to pick up the call from the polycom she can't. Although when she picks up the call from the polycom it works fine. I know this is definitley nortel 101 but I'm bookless right now.

Are you saying that if you answer the call on the 3904 put it on hold then try to pick it up from the Polycom you can not?

EXCACTLY!!! I tried POA in the CLS but as I said I'm bookless

This is a digital polycom I presume.
You have POA on BOTH TN's?

One possibility - she's dialing a number on the 3904 and then trying to pick up the line on the polycom before the call has been established (answered or end-of-dial timer expired).
Also, Exclusive Hold (XHA in CLS) will prevent her from picking up from the other phone.

I just tried that and i works the POA and the xha will definitely work
