Ful Duplex/Half Duplex on Mitel 3300

We are using 2 Mitel 3300 in two different VLAN-s when calling from one IP phone of VLAN 1 to an analog phone on VLAN2, the caller (IP) can hear the called analog party, but the analog of VLAN2 can not hear the IP of VLAN 1, DUPLEX issue! Any idea to solve this issue

Check your gateways are correct on the controllers and DHCP server if you have it enabled. Most issues related to one way speech are because of incorrect gateways.

Can you ping from one VLAN to the other?
Is it only IP to Analog? What happens if you call IP phone to IP phone across the VLAN?

the ping is OK between the 2 3300, the calls between the analog phones on both of them are OK as well,

No IP phones are enabled in VLAN2 only analog phones are connected there,

Is it possbile to ping the controller on VLAN 2 from the IP phone?
This is in the Tools and Feature menu on the phone.

Hold down both volume keys
Release volume up while still holding Vol Down
Press 2, 3, 4.
Release Vol Down key.

Step through the menus until you get to "Tools and Features"
There should be a ping tool in there.

thanks, i found there, that the flow control of the phone port was off when turned it on, everything was solved, we can hear each other now,

The only other suggestion I have at this stage is to check any restrictions between VLANs. No port restrictions etc...

what about the port mirroring?

The port mirroring option is supposed to mirror the PC port on the back of the phone so that wireshark traces etc... can be performed.

I have never used it, so not 100% how it works.
