Fujitsu F9600: Is it possible to monitor calls?

The president of my company wants to have the ability to monitor the calls of his sales people unannounced. Is there a way to set something up on my phone system to do this? Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Fujitsu calls it Silent Monitor. It's feature 387. Shouldn't be a problem. Check the feature implementation guide for details.
