Fuji 9600 ACD problem

I have my users log into their groups via a ReadyACD button. After an answered call is completed, when they hang up they are logged out of the group. Is it supposed to do that? an I change it so they remain in the group until they log out manually.

here is exactly what is happening:
1. Call is answered
2. ReadyACD light is flashing (note: if it is pressed at this time, they will stay in the group)
3. Call is terminated
4. They are logged out of the group.

Pressing the flashing ReadyACD button everytime they grab a call seems like an uneccesary step to do all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
 
Did you assign the ACD user phones as part of an ACD group, and as ADC agents? When you make a station and ACD agent, you then have to use the "cha acdcd" command to set up the COS, RSM, and FRL of the station.
