FTPing to T3+ from Windows? Firmware upgrade

Hi

Quick question...

I have an XP laptop connected to a Sun T3+. I use hyperterminal to 'see' the T3 without problem. I also have it connected through a cross over cable from which I am able to ping in both directions. I can also telnet the T3 from XP.

The problem I am having is connecting via FTP so I can transfer the new firware to the T3. I just get a connection error all the time.

Anyone got any ideas?

All i need to do is transfer the bin file...

Do you have FTP server configured properly on the T3?

How are the network settings set? Are both using the same speend and duplex?

Maybe you already tried this but in case you did not. As far as I know you can only ftp from the t3 not to the t3. So start the ftp session on the t3 and do a get <filename>
