Could you please help on how to set up the implementation of the following ?:
"On AIX, only one user is authorized to use ftp. This is done by a specific account used by many users.
FTP must be done using individual userid, so that any access can be traced to a specific person and must only be used to transfer maps, config files, fixed binaries. Therefore FTP access must be locked for the specific account. For security reasons FTP sessions should be closed after a given time of inactivity, FTP unsuccessful logins should be limited (i.e. 3 attempts) as it is the case for rlogin. All this has to be configured at the FTP Server level."
