ftp user access problem

Hi all,

Following: I setup an ftp (so had to install IIS)... i pointed the ftp to a certain folder, this folder has full access rights for the user ABC.

Now, from any ftp client I can connect to it, but only as an admin-user. The ABC user won't connect. What I'm doing wrong???

i added the user to SERVER OPERATOR group (working then)... was this mendatory or is there another 'better' group to be part of?
