FTP Problems

Hello,
I'm using UD4 and I'm having some trouble with my ftp account at stormhosts.com.
Currently I can't delete any files from the account. If I try to it waits 60 seconds and then says connection to host has timed out.
Anybody else have any trouble with this?Anyone know any soloutions?

Are you using Dreamweavers ftp or a stand alone like WS_FT- PRO? Are you behind a firewall? Have updated any of your software? Why I ask is I had a problem almost like yours and it was the firewall that gave me the problem. I just reset the firewall to give ftp program access and no more problems.
