FTP NOT UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING OK!

Please help,

I have never seen this! I can connect to an ftp server on either Cute FTP or IE7 or windows explorer and download files, everything is fine.

But when I want to upload, well, it says access denied and gives me an error 550, it gives me another message...see your security settings! This is a public ftp site for one of my softwares! So I know I have the rights.

I tried setting up ftp ports 20-21 on my ISA SERVER 2004 and nothing!

Can anybody help, I need this to work by tomorrow!

Thanks very much it was great, it worked the first time! I tried so many things before!!!
