FTP monitoring/logging

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if there is away to monitor/log FTP activity?

I have setup syslog to log all daemon activity but at this stange i am only insterested in the FTP daemon.

i currently have two entires in the syslog.conf file:

daemon.info & user.info

user.info seems to log FTP activity quit well but lacks alot of detail.

Hi,

the "last" command can be useful too as it logs all login in your system.
What kind of info do you need to log ?

I'm basicly after away of logging ALL ftp activity, right down to the "cd" command.

I have setup only one or two userids who have ftp access but i am required to monitor their activities.

Anyway guys, once again thanks for the prompt response
