ftp-ing to an NT server 1

Hi
I'm trying to ftp to an NT FTP server. I can logon as anonymous and get files, but I cannot put files, which obviously points to permissions. The folder I am trying to put to has Full Control for everyone. Has anyone overcome this issue? Is it NT that is the problem?

eg:
ftp dougal
220 dougal Microsoft FTP Service (Version 3.0).
Name (dougal:root): anonymous
331 Anonymous access allowed, send identity (e-mail name) as password.
Password:
230-Welcome to UK FTP Server`
230 Anonymous user logged in.
ftp> put ps110325.txt
200 PORT command successful.
550 ps110325.txt: Access is denied.
ftp> ls -l
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
d--------- 1 owner group 0 Sep 4 1998 060898
d--------- 1 owner group 0 Aug 14 1998 130898
226 Transfer complete.

Any help would be appreciated.

yes it is an nt problem ,
you must check the box WRITE in the ftp configuration
