ftp from home directory only solaris 8

is it possible to have the facility to ftp only from a users home directory only,so that he can't ftp files from any other directory on solaris

A user can only ftp files which they have permissions to read.

Create a little script that when they try to FTP checks if username is in user home directory. if so, run the ftp program, if not tell them they must reside in their home directory to run.
