This should be controlled through permissions on each individual file.

You can't stop a user from ftpping a file they have permissions to read.

I can ftp from my desktop and grap any files including system files.

Hello, My problem is when I FTPing from an AIX to Stratus the connection user and Password is Ok when i want put a file this process no work only when i utilizes the tool tcpdump the transfer complete

I running AIX 5.1-6
