ftp allow only one file upload

I have a questions I hope someone can help me with a ftp upload on a server after that i upload a file y say me that connection close upload aborted

the message that give me is
426 Connection closed; transfer aborted.
ERROR:> Connection closed; transfer aborted.

Is this on an IIS server or if this is on your web host, why not ask them the question.

is on web host but is on our sever and we use from our computer with a program remote site of microsoft
