We have CM 5.2 S8300 with an additional 8300 as a lsp. From what i've been told, It does its maintenance routine at 10:00 each night, and just since about a week ago, we are getting a FSY alarm at the sametime. Everything seems to be working fine and no other alarms. Could this be something on our network causing the issue?

FSY is a file-sync alarm. It trips this alarm when the system tries to file-sync between the hosts but fails.

The cause of the failure could be an IP address that's not configured correctly in an LSP/ESS or it could be the time/date not matching in various servers.

There are probably other things that might cause this alarm as well but I would start with those two.

A very wise and well respected man once told me "Shut Up!".

Are you seeing this, FSY, at the Server level (web) or at the command line in CM?

**The question may not be the technology, but the competency of the support people.**
