I am working on a enterprise 250 box
After a power outage. I rebooted the box and had this error appear when trying to run fsck on c0t9d0s1. I login and c0t9d0s1 is in my vfstab. I can not mount it either.
i check /dev/dsk /dev/rdsk can see a listing for c0t9d0s1.
But i can't open it. What can i do?

Sounds like you lost a disk. Disk c0t9 is the 3rd disk or disk(2). I had a bad disk on my E250 a few months ago. It was giving me the same messages you are seeing.

check the /var/adm/messages to see if there any hardware error messages. if the disk has failed you will need te replace it.

It seems like the drive has crash. I tried loading the all 6 harddrives on another 250 server and got the same message regarding that drive.

Thanks for your help.

Shaan
