Hey guys,

I have three servers. Print-Server, Server-B and Server.

Server-B and Server I have Targets setups for them both.

I get the error 13508 on both and I have ran DCDIAG on Server-B and it states:
- "Server-B failed FRSEVENT" and it passes everything else.
-Then I ran NetDIAG /Fix and it gave me the following:
WINS Service Test - failed
DC List Test - Failed - error no browser servers found

then on Server dcdiag "Server failed FRSEVENT"
-then NetDiag /fix

Kerberos Failed - can't lookup
Redir Browser Test failed
DNS Test failed
- could not open netlogon.dns
- no dns servers

All the Operation Master stuff is set to Server (which it's suppose to be)

DNS is only installed on Server, I just redid Server-B and it only has AVG and AD on it. AVG is setup to allow all connections from Server.

Any Ideas? Anything to check next?

I can also ping each of the servers from each other by their names and by their IPs.

the 13508 states "the file replication service is having trouble enabling replication from server to server-b for d:\data using the DNS name server.tqi.data.com FRS willl keep retrying."

Any Ideas?

do I need to install DNS on Server-B as well? I don't remember if I had it on my last server that had FRS or not?!

EVEN THOUGH NO ONE HELPED I FIGURED IT OUT.. well sort of

after reading a lot of stuff and trying it... none of it worked... So in the end i nended up trying to make a FRS from Server-B to Server and it worked. It also kick started the FRS connection from Server to Server-B

So I deleted the Server-B to Server and the other stopped working..

Then I created a Server-B to Server and copied the files over and it started working.

I don't know what I did but it started working.
