Newbe here!,

I recently moved web servers. I copied the entire folder
to the new server, applied server extensions and I can
not connect from home or even work using FP. This is my
error. I get this every time I move it. That isn't very
often. I'm running a Win2000 IIS 5.0 and 2000 Server
extensions. When it does work from the past moves, I
finally get prompt for a password. It seems like a file
isn't on my web site that FB uses. Maybe it was replaced
with a new file when FB extensions were loaded?

Did you create a new Network Place in Windows Explorer? If you do that, it prompts for the Username and Password. You then upload with Front Page, which prompts for that same info.

Not a new one, becuase I already had one set up. I will try a new one, but I don't get why that should make a differance.

Okay, tried that but it says there isn't any front page extenses loaded. I will try removing them and then re-installing again.
