Front Page 2000: How to link pages to menu?

Hiya!
I have just built my first web site using Front Page 2000.
I have a menu (as a seperate page) down the left side. When I click the buttons on the left menu, all is well but when I click the DHTML links on the actual pages, the left menu disappears! I want this menu to be visible always and I know I've just missed out a simple piece of html somewhere.
How do I remedy this?

Please don't take this is a promotion - I think it is necessary to see the problem I have!

Have you included the menu on all of your pages?

Is that openign page a FRAME? It looks so. The menu to the left is on a sidebar frame, But your link in the main page just go to individuals. THe menu doesnt show up because the individual pages dont have frames.

Put the links on the side bar too.
