At my work I use a Powerbook (OSX10.3) and an external display.
When I travel (and work) I often take just the Powerbook.
If my InDesign document is partially or wholly displayed on the external display when I close InDesign and shut down, then travel with only my Powerbook I have a problem: when I open that document it is either just partially in view or totally off the screen.
As I cannot access the title bar and cannot therefore click and drag it into view, or even move a partially visible window into full view.
If the window is visible (but not its title bar) how do I move the window down fully on to my powerbook screen?
If the window totally off screen, (having been entirely viewable on the external screen which I don't have with me when I travel) how do I make it appear on my powerbook screen?
