I have an Excel sheet, like a table with a few hundred names addresses (rows). Is there a (simple) way to get those names to the Outlook contacts?

Sure.
I would create a new contacts folder in Outlook first.
Then hit File-Import and Export from Outlook's menu, and choose from an excel file....etc. It will ask you to map fields. YOu will want to have it match, for instance, an email field in Excel with an email field in Outlook. Anne Troy

You may find that you have to save the Excel spreadsheet as a CSV file to be able to complete the process. I did on our machines at work. Otherwise you may get an error about not being able to recognise the file format of an .xls file. ________________________________________

On that same note, is there a way to EXPORT your contacts within Outlook to Excel?
Thanks!
