Friday - TM3.2 Question

Just installed 3.2, used to have 3.0 running. I did a new install rather than an upgrade.

Problem I now get is that when ever I try to get web access to <IP>/admin I get the page, You are not authorized to view this page.

The user details are the administrator for the Server that TM3.1 is installed on.

I am sure I have missed something obvious, but cant see it for looking.

Over to you guys to laugh at me and point out the obvious.

 
Please check two things:

1) Have you install WIN2003 setting before\after installing TM3

2) are you using \admin in the end of URL

\\IP address\admin

or \\computername\admin

You may need to put yourself into Users / User Groups from the Navigator Window (Security)

Ran the ConfigureWin2003SA.vbs after the TM3.2 install

Yes have the \admin at the end of the url
 
On the TM-server, check under Manage server, User groups - not in the TM Navigator, but on the administration of the server. Try adding a new administrator.
 
The user login I am using is an Administrator of the server.
 
Are using a local or remote user setting under the users settings?

Can you get into navigator on the server? Not the web portion but the application on the server?
 
I can get into the Navigator fine. (Just wish Nortel had left it so we could just use that) .

I am using Local accounts.
 
Try in the Navigator, security User Groups to upgrade the HelpDesk user to an administrator. Is has happenened before, that the Navigator administrator has been corrupted, therefore, try to upgrade the HelpDesk user.
