I have an Opt 81 in a call center that the Interalia messages are playing every 30 seconds and I want them to play less frequent. How do I change this?
I know we have Symposium. Unfortunately I do not know how to configure it.
I looked at LD 23 and see that the SRT is 120 which is the timer?
The FRT is 6.
So does this mean that I will hear the message after 6 seconds and then every 120 seconds?
I'm pretty sure if you are using Symposium then those values have no affect if the CDN is acquired. Those values would only come into play if Symposium was down and it defaulted to basic ACD.
