Freezing 4025 Sets on a 3300 1

I have a customer with, almost, all 4025 sets. These are connected to an Sx-200 bay controlled by a 3300 (9.0), connected by a CIM port.

The problem is that their sets are randomly Freezing. By that I mean that they are on and look in a "ready" state, but the sets do nothing. Dialing or going off hook does nothing at all. By "ready" state I mean that they are not booting and appear to be synced.

So far just disconnecting\reconnecting has cleared the problem and the sets work fine after.
So far it seems random as to when and which sets decide to freeze.

Thank you much for any and all thoughts.

Anything in the Logs?

there are some fixes for that in 9.0.2.28 and again some more in 9.0.3.36 which was a patch release. those last fixes were officially released in 10.0.0.10 (4).
we are getting our 200 per node sites upgraded for that same reason. no pattern to PLID or anything that we could find. did firmware updates on the 4025's. the first couple of times looked in logs, didn't find anything obvious. rebooting the set or in maintenance doing a busy and RTS would get it going again.

We are running into the same problem on 9.0UR3. Kind of leery to upgrade to 10 due to the fact it is a hospital that it 7hrs away.

I tried calling Mitel to get 9.0.3.36, but they knew nothing about it. Do I have to go through second level for this release?

it was first level that told me about the 9.0.3.36. It was a by the way type of remark, we were running 9.0.0.41 and he said, "there were fixes in 9.0.2.28 and there were more fixes in 9.0.3.36, but that was a patch release that was never made public. Those changes were incorporated in 10."
We have already upgraded 3 sites to MCD 4 and have had no issues so not too afraid of it anymore, but appreciate your caution on a 24-7 site that is that far away.
