Freeware File Shredder Program

Does anyone have a recommendation on a Freeware program that shreds files. We need one that is secure, reliable and doesn't have spyware and adware. Some of the ones I am checking out are:

CHAOS Shredder 3.0, Simple File Shredder 3.2, and Handybits File Shredder 5.5.074.

Any feedback on these programs or new recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Another I am really checking into and htinking about is :
Cuteshield File Shredder.

Does anyine use this? Is it spyware free?

The free program I use is Simple File Shredder from Scar5 Software. There is a link to download the file @ download.com
