kinda OT:
how are you guys doing with MX2004?

There was a discussion about this when it just came out but I am interested to see what you think about it after some time of use?
other than "lets all design with DIVs and CSS movement" that is promoted is there any other benifit in MX2004 over MX (6)?

I guess my real question would be :
Will DHTML get repleaced by higher level CSS?

"Timeline" feature was killed in MX 2004 (7) [sadeyes]
...which makes me belive that all the "JS powered collapsible/flyout menues, animations etc." will somehow get substituted by CSS.....
or
was is it simply a dumb decision from MM_side
Any thoughts?arguments?tips?...
Thanx people!
All the best!

I only just downloaded and isntalled trial version....

DW will never be TopStyle (....THE CSS editor no matter what!
DW is a "pipe" to CSS...not a CSS editor so I doubt any major imporvements will be made :(...all this in my very humble opinion.
All the best!

In response to the question about multiple css styles...

You can do that in DW, but you have to go into Code View and manually type the selectors in -- the UI (Property Inspector and CSS Panel) don't support it at this time.

In response to the problem of not being able to install the updater...

If you don't already have a copy of MX2004, then you can just get the latest Trail version -- you don't need the updater too. The latest Trial version includes all the changes in the updater.
