I tried finding something like this a while ago but couldnt so in the end I wrote my own.
Essentially it is a simple telnet program that gathers the data into a MySQL database. Then at night a second program runs that converts the line put in from the first program into something useful.
I have only been able to test it on my companys 3300 so I dont know if it would work the same with anyone elses. May be worth a shot though?

Have you tried: PBX Call Tarifficator v 1.91
Not sure what it is like but it is free. If i get a moment I will test it and let you know.
