Free Barcode Software

Hi Ladies and Gents

Sorry if this has been covered in the past, but I am looking for a nice bit of FREE software that generates barcodes.

I know there is stuff out there, but I can only find the ones you have to pay for.

Any ideas much appreciated.

It has everything you need, codes and fonts for all the common barcodes; upc, ean, 128, 93, pdf417. IF you are at all familiar with VB it is a snap.

You can also try this free component for MS Office Excel

You only have to install the program, write the name of your labels and generate them don't forget to turn off the check charater

Kind of late for a reply, but I've often used a simple barcode font. Using a basic font makes it super easy to do barcodes in regular apps like Access, Word, etc.
