Framework Manager 1.1 MR2 QE-DEF-0368 error

All:

I installed FM 1.1 MR2 on my PC - I had to uninstall FM 1.1 first. I used Cognos Configuration to configure the newer version just like the old one. When I try and create a new project, I get the above error with the following:

"Unable to decrypt user name and password credentials from the content store. Use Cognos Configuration to configure your reporting environment."

I set up a new connection (data source) and test it and it works fine, but when I try to use the data source (to make a new project) I get the above error.

I am using ORACLE 9i on it's own UNIX server, and CRN on it's own UNIX server (with BEA WebLogic).

Any help, hints, or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you upgraded your entire ReportNet environment, or just framework manager? My guess is that the entire environment needs to be upgraded at once rather than just upgrading frameowrk manager to use the old reportnet environment.....but....its just a guess...
