I am trying to create a template with frames. I realise that this might not be possible. But how do I keep the frames at the top and left constant and change the center frame content. If anyone could help please. thanks

I think you need to save your frameset page as the template, give it a go it cant hurt Live long and make your kids suffer..

Do you mean that when you click a link in the top or left frame the content of the center frame changes?

If so check out this page. It's all about frames. The first tutorial explains something about the tag TARGET, which is what you need. You'll probably find more in the other tutorials as well.
