Frame Targeting in Mozilla/Firefox

I have a top navigational frame that points its links into a lower frame called "content"

<A TARGET="content" HREF=/portfolio/portfolio.html>

This code works in IE & Netscape, but not in firefox or mozilla.

I've been racking my brain and I cant come up with anything. Certainly there must be a fix. Thanks to anyone who can help.

The links works, I should say; but the top frame disappears only to display the bottom frame.

I'm using Firefox and your site works just fine for me. The top frame is there the whole time.

What about in include instead of using frames?

The site works fine for me using Firefox. BTW, I like the simple, clean design. It has a very professional feel.
