Frame Relay w/ Contivity 1100

Has anyone successfully set up a Contivity w/ T1 CSU module as a frame relay router? We can get RIP traffic to traverse the circuit but data traffic will not pass and the log shows no indication of a problem.

1. SW V6.00.310
2. Firewall enabled w/ any any any allow rule
3. LMI set properly as this is currently a functioning FR circuit between two Nortel routers.
4. WAN interface set to type/private
5. PVC set to type/private
6. No NAT in use

The one indicator we get is an incrementing 'Invalid decap' counter in LMI statistics.

Have you set up your Virtual Circuit yet - including the correct DLCI, CIR, and bursts?
