Hello!
In ODBC I want to add a FoxPro-2.6-Database. When I select the FoxPro-2.6-Driver there is an error which says that the FoxPro-2.6 is no longer provided and that it was replaced by the Visual FoxPro-Driver.
In my case it's not possible to change anything at the FoxPro-2.6-database because an old application needs this configuration.
So the only way for me is to downgrade from Visual FoxPro to FoxPro 2.6.
How can I do that??
Thank you, Manuel

Thank you Rick
for the link where Microsoft recommends to use Visual Foxpro. But the problem is that it is absolutely necessary for me to use the FoxPro-2.6-ODBC-Driver, so I need to downgrade from Visual to 2.6!
I hope someone can help me!
Thanx
Manuel.

Manuel,
You do understand that you can do everything to FP2.x .DBF's with the VFP ODBC drivers that you could with the old 2.x ODBC drivers? I believe the only way to "downgrade" would be to reinstall an OS that was released before MDAC 2.1, and make sure you don't install anything that would update these components to 2.1 (or higher).

Rick
