For the help part you can use the VFP 7.0 online help (it pratically the same as 6.0).

VFP 6.0's help file came on a separate MSDN Library CD. In
fact it's also on all MSDN library CDs from July 1998 through April 2001 - after that, you'll find the VFP help file included was for 7.0.
The Sample files can be added by simply running the setup again, and choosing Add Features - just have the install CD handy.
