Can someone provide a software utility to fix database file corruption for an old foxpro data base, which is used in a DOS program running out of Windows 98. The most recent backup is 3 months old, so we are trying to recover 3 months data. The cause of the corruption was due to power being switch off. I'm looking for a simple utility such a reindex routine to recreate the index files. The file extensions are .dbf and .cdx.
Thanks,
John

I resovled my own problem by using Foxpro software to reindex the database files. This has seem to correct the problem. I recommended an Uninterruptable power supply to protect against future blackouts, brownouts, surges and spikes and backing up the database for hard drive failures.
