FoxPro OLEDB Driver Issues

Would there be any reason NOT to put an OLEDB driver on my sql server so that I can run scheduled job which DTS data from a foxpro database into a sql database??

What should I look for when testing the OlEDB connection?

Any known problems??

My 2 cents is oledb is the new way and is more efficient. I use a linked server which allows me to query easily from analyzer, stored proc etc:
SELECT * FROM OPENQUERY(foxdata,"SELECT * FROM myfoxtable)
